DAS Desk is a self-hosted helpdesk solution. This privacy policy explains how your data is handled when using DAS Desk. Because DAS Desk is self-hosted, your organization maintains full control over all data collected and stored within the system.

Data Collection

DAS Desk collects and processes the following types of data:

  • User Account Information: Name, email address, and profile information obtained through Microsoft Entra ID authentication.
  • Support Tickets: Ticket content, descriptions, attachments, comments, and associated metadata.
  • Email Data: Emails processed through Microsoft Graph API integration for automatic ticket creation.
  • Activity Logs: System logs including login events, ticket actions, and administrative changes.

Data Storage & Security

As a self-hosted solution, all DAS Desk data is stored on infrastructure controlled by your organization:

  • Your data never leaves your organization's servers
  • You maintain complete control over data retention and deletion policies
  • Security measures are implemented and managed by your IT team
  • Backups and disaster recovery are handled according to your organization's policies

Third-Party Services

  • Microsoft Entra ID: Used for user authentication and identity management.
  • Microsoft Graph API: Used for email integration to enable automatic ticket creation.

  • Right to access your personal data stored in the system
  • Right to request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to request deletion of your data
